Release Notes: April 16 - June 17, 2026
Jumbo release covering Apr 16th through June 17th

Overview

  • This release improves the reliability, visibility, and polish of production-grade AI workflows across the platform.
  • The biggest improvements are in workflow execution, scheduled workflows, Deep Research, integrations, reporting, meetings, and overall UI responsiveness.

⚙️ Workflow Execution & Reporting

  • Improved the way workflows move through draft, test, execution, report, and publish states.
  • Added clearer running-state visibility in workflow flowcharts and execution logs, so users can more easily see which step is active.
  • Fixed cases where users could see View Report before a workflow had fully completed.
  • Improved report navigation so users are more consistently taken to the correct report for the workflow run.
  • Fixed cases where draft and published workflow views could show stale, mismatched, or incomplete state.
  • Improved workflow state handling after navigation, refresh, or returning to a workflow already in progress.
  • Reduced user-facing system artifacts in reports, including raw IDs, timestamps, and formatting issues.

📅 Scheduled Workflows

  • Improved support for creating scheduled workflows directly from chat.
  • Made schedule details more consistent across workflow summaries, tiles, configuration panels, and publish settings.
  • Fixed cases where scheduled workflows did not preserve the correct start date, time, or recurrence after editing.
  • Fixed cases where the product confirmed a workflow was scheduled, but the schedule was not clearly visible elsewhere in the UI.
  • Improved scheduled workflow behavior across draft, edit, test, and publish flows.

🤖 Deep Research

  • Improved reliability for longer-running Deep Research queries.
  • Fixed cases where Deep Research could remain stuck in loading states.
  • Improved synchronization between the final answer, References, and Reasoning tabs.
  • Fixed cases where the Reasoning tab continued showing a generating state after the answer had completed.
  • Improved behavior when users navigate away from Deep Research and return later.
  • Cleaned up follow-up response streaming so raw system markers are no longer shown in chat.
  • Improved report and notification navigation for Deep Research results.

🔌 Integrations & Connected Workflows

  • Improved Slack-aware workflows so they better preserve thread and channel context.
  • Strengthened exact-match retrieval behavior where workflows require precise lookup from connected sources.
  • Improved reliability for workflows involving Slack, Jira, Gmail, Google Docs, connectors, and database-backed steps.
  • Cleaned up workflow notifications so they are shorter, more consistent, and easier to read.
  • Fixed cases where integration messages showed the wrong app name during connect or disconnect actions.
  • Improved connector state visibility, including clearer timestamp behavior when sync issues occur.
  • Improved handling of large workflow outputs and integration-heavy workflow steps.

🧠 AI Planning, Tooling & Flowcharts

  • Improved AI workflow planning so date ranges are handled more dynamically and reliably.
  • Reduced cases where small follow-up edits caused unnecessary workflow-plan drift.
  • Made generated tool usage easier to understand in workflow plans and execution views.
  • Improved labels for app-based steps, AI processing steps, and custom/generated tools.
  • Cleaned up flowchart step names so template-created workflows are easier to follow.
  • Improved flowchart visuals so active workflow steps are easier to identify during execution.

🎙️ Meetings

  • Improved meeting-status visibility during recording and transcript generation.
  • Fixed cases where the status of one meeting could incorrectly affect another meeting.
  • Improved the way meeting tiles show processing state after a meeting ends.
  • Improved transcript delivery so meeting follow-ups are aligned with the expected product experience.

⚡ Performance & Platform Infrastructure

  • Improved UI responsiveness across core product areas.
  • Addressed recurring refresh and state-reset issues across long-running workflows and research tasks.
  • Improved handling of large follow-up requests and large database-backed lookups.
  • Upgraded core infrastructure to support more reliable workflow execution.
  • Updated the long-context AI processing foundation for better stability.

🧩 Product Polish & UX Cleanup

  • Improved typography consistency across chat inputs, connector pages, and workflow screens.
  • Cleaned up onboarding and welcome-screen layout, spacing, and casing.
  • Fixed repeated labels and fields in prompt-library forms.
  • Improved sample-question formatting so users can more clearly see which parts should be replaced.
  • Standardized toast-message punctuation and small UI copy patterns.
  • Improved workflow tiles, flowchart layout, and visual state handling during execution.
  • Cleaned up chat rendering issues, including number-formatting glitches and inconsistent message display.

🛠️ Stability Fixes

  • Fixed email verification reliability issues.
  • Improved department assignment and workflow organization behavior.
  • Reduced inconsistencies across draft, published, template, and scheduled workflow flows.
  • Improved handling of generated tools and large workflow outputs.
  • Fixed edge cases across authentication, chat rendering, integrations, reports, workflow execution, and UI state.
  • Reduced friction in everyday workflow usage: building, editing, testing, running, reviewing, and publishing workflows.
